Hello Spring! So glad you decided to stop by!
Well not really – here in Toronto, it’s April and I still need my winter jacket! Snow/ice storms have continued their streak in forcing us to postpone plans.
But nevertheless I’ve decided to forge forward and start my springtime routine, maybe the weather will follow.
We’re now almost at the end of January. One of my resolutions for the new year was to spend more time in the kitchen partly for health reasons.But the other reason is because the kitchen is where I get creative. I love using new recipes because I love how inspired other chefs are. But honestly, most times I open the fridge and combine ingredients to experiment with different flavors, and textures.
