Pumpkin Maple Cold Brew

Ease into fall with this simple cold brew coffee topped with a pumpkin maple cream foam for the ultimate iced coffee for fall!

Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Maple Cream Foam

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk, 2%
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice optional

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 2-4 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 cup water
  • ice

Instructions
 

Pumpkin Maple Cream Foam

  • In a bowl or cup add all the pumpkin maple cold foam ingredients - ¼ cup cream, ¼ cup milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
  • Froth the mixture using a handheld milk frother. Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Twist on the lid tightly and shake for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is frothy.

Cold Brew Coffee

  • Add ice, ½ cup of water, and 1-2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee concentrate to a tall glass or cup. Make sure to leave enough space to top with the pumpkin cream foam.
  • Repeat for the second glass.
  • Top with the pumpkin maple cream, and enjoy!
