Ease into fall with this simple cold brew coffee topped with a pumpkin maple cream foam for the ultimate iced coffee for fall!
I love fall – I love weather cos I get to wear all my favorite scarves and sweaters!
But I also love summer, and have a hard time letting go of summer season, just because there is something so fun about summer.
Fall is great – but if I’m not ready to let go of summer, I have to take my iced coffees into fall with me.
If you’re looking for a great iced coffee that’s also fall ready – you have to try this delicious (and quick) Pumpkin Maple Cold Brew!
Coffee Concentrate for Cold Brew
Typically, I make my drinks with espresso or a coffee made in the french press.
In this case, I was lucky enough to have Javy Coffee concentrate on hand, which made this cold brew coffee so quick and delicious!
Javy coffee is a liquid coffee concentrate that’s perfect to use to make cold brew, but also to flavor desserts!
How to make Cold Brew with Javy Coffee?
Try Javy Coffee
Mix 1-2 teaspoons of the coffee concentrate into a cup of ice and ½ cup of water. I suggest starting with 1 teaspoon, and adding more if you like a stronger taste!
How to make a Pumpkin Maple Cold Brew?
Pumpkin Maple Cream Foam
For the pumpkin maple cold foam, you’ll need milk, cream, pumpkin puree, a little pumpkin spice and maple syrup to sweeten it all!
- In a bowl or cup add all the pumpkin maple cold foam ingredients – ¼ cup cream, ¼ cup milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
- Froth the mixture using a handheld milk frother. Or you can add the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Twist on the lid tightly and shake for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is frothy.

Pumpkin Maple Cold Brew
Once you’re ready to make your pumpkin maple cold brew,
- Add ice, ½ cup of water, and 1-2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee concentrate to a tall glass or cup. Make sure to leave enough space to top with the pumpkin cream foam.
- Repeat for the second glass.
- Top with the pumpkin maple cream, and enjoy!
Tips for the Pumpkin Maple Cold Brew
Once you have your infused cereal, it’s just a matter of making coffee any way you like.
- The two parts to this iced coffee are pumpkin maple cold foam and the cold brew coffee.
- The ratio of the ingredients is just how I enjoy this iced coffee. Experiment with more Javy Coffee, or make a sweeter cold foam if you prefer a sweeter drink.
- For the iced mocha you can use milk as it is, or froth the milk before adding it in. I’ve been using this milk frother I got from Amazon. You can also pour some cold milk into a mason jar, close the lid and shake it for about 30 seconds to get the bubbles.
