Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte
This easy Biscoff Cookie Butter latte is a delicious coffee drink that is sweet with flavors of warm spices, like a hug in a cup.
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1-2 tablespoons Biscoff spread or Cookie Butter
- 1/4 cup steamed milk
- Biscoff cookie crumbs optional
Instructions
- Steam 1/4 cup of milk using a milk frother or heating the milk in the microwave then shaking it in a mason jar.
- Pull 1 shot of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
- To a coffee cup, add coffee or espresso, along with 1-2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread or your favorite cookie butter. Stir together.
- Top with steamed milk and Biscoff cookie crumbs.
