Nutella is a magical ingredient.
There are two kinds of people: those who LOVE Nutella – they light up at the sight or sound of it, and will eat it slathered on a slice of toast, waffles or crackers, stuffed in a crepe, macaron, topped on a cupcake, or just plain old eaten off a spoon. The second kind is those who don’t get excited about Nutella. Frankly, I think they just did not slather enough of it on a slice of white bread. Trust me, that is the ultimate treat.
Me, and the rest of my family, most definitely fall in that first category of people. I don’t think there ever was a time, where our house didn’t have Nutella. My brothers and I have had extended conversations about Nutella, such as the real way to pronounce it, or new ways to enjoy it. The consensus is that it’s great for everything and every situation!
So it was only natural for us to try this french toast stuffed with lots of Nutella.
It’s perfect for a weekend breakfast or dessert! Top it with strawberries, or whipped cream and you’ll be in cloud nine!
The recipe below is for one, it can easily be doubled or tripled. Just make sure to make enough for yourself, you will not want to share this decadent treat!
