Indulge in fall vibes with our White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte. Creamy, spiced, and oh-so-cozy. A seasonal delight in every sip.

Imagine a chilly day, a cozy re-run of Gilmore Girls, and a coffee drink that Lorelai Gilmore would approve. Yep, that’s this drink right here.
A White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte!
Creamy white chocolate, cozy pumpkin spice, and earthy pumpkin all pair well with coffee.
Once you try it, I guarantee you’ll be sipping on it all season long!
One of the most annoying things about a PSL (or pumpkin spice latte) is that you can never be sure you’ll get any pumpkin in it.
That’s not a problem when you make your favorite drink from scratch at home!

And you can pair pumpkin with whatever your heart desires.
For today, that was white chocolate!

How to make White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte?
White Chocolate Pumpkin Syrup
Add all the ingredients for the pumpkin spice white mocha syrup except for the white chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for 30 seconds (so a total of 1 minute).

Add in the white chocolate chips and stir until melted. Microwave it for an additional 15-30 seconds if needed.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte
When ready to make your drink, steam 1/4 cup of milk using a milk frother, or heat the milk in the microwave, then shake it in a mason jar.
Pull one shot of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
To a coffee cup, add coffee or espresso, along with 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar cardamom syrup. Stir together.
Top with steamed milk.
Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice if desired.

Recipe Tips
- Make sure to use pumpkin puree for this recipe (not pumpkin pie filling).
- Working with white chocolate can be tricky. For a smooth syrup, make sure to add your white chocolate to it, after you’ve heated the rest of the ingredients. This will prevent the white chocolate from clumping or seizing.
- You’ll make a bit more of the White Chocolate Pumpkin Syrup than you need for 2 drinks. You can store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
